This was my third time ordering from Kiehl's IT. I mainly stick to my go-to's like the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate and the Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. Every time, the order has been consistent. They always include some samples, which is a nice touch, even if I don't always use them. Delivery is pretty standard, usually within a week. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and the products always deliver for my skin. No surprises, which is what I want.

Good products, slow delivery

I bought the Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque. The product itself is great, exactly what I needed. But the delivery was a bit slow, took almost a week. Otherwise, no complaints.

Good deal on Ultra Facial

I was looking for the Ultra Facial Cream and found it here. Got a nice discount as a first-time buyer, which was great. Also, they sent a few free samples with my order. Felt like I got good value for my money, especially since shipping was free. Worth the purchase.

Decent experience, a few issues

I ordered the Midnight Recovery Concentrate and the Calendula Herbal-Extract Toner. The ordering process was straightforward enough, no real hiccups there. Delivery took 5 days to reach my place in Florence, which is okay but not super fast. Packaging was secure, everything arrived intact. I did have a question about one of the samples I received, so I used their online support. They responded in about a day, which was fine, but the answer felt a bit generic. Product quality seems good, as expected from Kiehl's. The Midnight Recovery works well for my skin type. I appreciate that they included samples, but I wish they were more tailored. Overall, a solid experience though.
